How should I prepare my home for a cleaning?
To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, we ask that you put away clothing, shoes, toys and other household items before a visit from our cleaning professional. This will allow her to focus on cleaning all surfaces and making your home spotless and sparkling.
What should I expect?
Before cleaning your home for the first time, we may schedule a free consultation. This gives us the opportunity to meet and discuss the specific needs of your home. This is not always required however. Learn more about our services here.
How much time does it take to complete a home cleaning?
First-time cleanings and rotational Deluxe Deep Cleans will require additional time then the Maintenance Cleans. We will determine the duration of time your specific home requires during our initial consultation.
Do I have to be home during a cleaning appointment?
Whatever your preference. We are happy to make your cleaning experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. Most of our clients choose not to be home during their cleaning appointments. Once service is provided on a regular basis, many clients prefer to give us a key that we keep on file in our secure office. Our cleaning professional can meet you before you leave your home or arrive at a scheduled time when you are away.
What are your rates?
Please contact us to inquire about rates for your unique home. Weekly, bi-weekly and monthly cleaning services are available in addition to other services. Service frequency will help us determine a cleaning fee that is customized for your home.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded. Our coverage includes general liability. You are fully protected when Simply Pure Home cleaning professionals are in your home.
What supplies do I need to have on hand?
Your Simply Pure Home cleaning professional will bring all necessary cleaning products and supplies. For sanitary reasons, we require clients to have their own toilet bowl brush in each bathroom.
What products do you use?
We use only the highest quality natural products that are safe for you and the earth. All of our products are free of chemicals, additives, fragrances and stabilizers. The products we use are UltraOne, Bon Ami, Better Life Stainless Cleaner, Furniture Polish and Granite Cleaner, Envirox H2Orange2 sanitizer and Sh-clean wood floor cleaner.
Can we leave our pets at home while you clean?
Yes. We love animals and enjoy having them there while we clean. If your pets have special needs, please let us know.
What training does your staff receive?
All Simply Pure Home cleaning consultants complete a comprehensive training program and have a working knowledge of the best eco-cleaning products, supplies and cleaning methods to correctly and safely clean your home.
What is your payment policy?
We accept payment by check, credit card and bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Due to the high demand for our services, we charge a $40 cancellation fee for all appointments that are cancelled without 24 hours' notice.
Do you guarantee your services?
We are proud of our impeccable service and attention to every detail. If you are not completely satisfied, we will return to your home within a 24-hour period at no extra charge and re-clean any area in question.
