How should I prepare my home for a cleaning?
To maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, we ask that you put away clothing, shoes, toys and other household items before a visit from our cleaning professional. This will allow her to focus on cleaning all surfaces and making your home spotless and sparkling.
What should I expect?
Once an initial cleaning is scheduled, you will receive a Welcome Letter with the specific time and date and our Customer Guidelines to read over. Three days prior to each service you'll receive an email reminder, and one day prior to each service you'll receive a text reminder. You will have the option to opt out of these reminders. How much time does it take to complete a home cleaning?
First-time cleanings and rotational Deluxe Deep Cleans will require additional time then the Maintenance Cleans. We will determine the duration of time your specific home requires during our initial consultation.
Do I have to be home during a cleaning appointment?
Whatever your preference. We are happy to make your cleaning experience as comfortable and convenient as possible. Most of our clients choose not to be home during their cleaning appointments. Once service is provided on a regular basis, many clients prefer to give us a key that we keep on file in our secure office. Our cleaning professional can meet you before you leave your home or arrive at a scheduled time when you are away.
What are your rates?
Please contact us to inquire about rates for your unique home. Weekly and bi-weekly cleaning services are available in addition to other services. Service frequency will help us determine a cleaning fee that is customized for your home.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded. Our coverage includes general liability. You are fully protected when Simply Pure Home cleaning professionals are in your home.
What supplies do I need to have on hand?
Your Simply Pure Home cleaning professional will bring all necessary cleaning products and supplies. For sanitary reasons, we require clients to have their own toilet bowl brush in each bathroom.
What products do you use?
We use only the highest quality natural products that are safe for you and the earth. All of our products are free of chemicals, additives, fragrances and stabilizers. The products we use are Envirox H2Orange2 sanitizer, H2O2 General Purpose Cleaner, Bon Ami, Better Life Stainless Cleaner, Furniture Polish and Granite Cleaner, and Bio-Clean hard water stain remover.
Can we leave our pets at home while you clean?
Yes. We love animals and enjoy having them there while we clean. It's best to keep them in a separate area while we vacuum and mop floors. If your pets have special needs, please let us know.
What training does your staff receive?
All Simply Pure Home cleaning consultants complete a comprehensive training program and have a working knowledge of the best eco-cleaning products, supplies and cleaning methods to correctly and safely clean your home.
What is your payment policy?
We require a credit card on file in your customer portal at the time of booking your initial service. We charge a non-refundable 50% of the estimate at the time of booking to reserve a date and time for your first cleaning. For recurring service credit cards are charged on the day of each service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations. Due to the high demand for our services, we charge 50% of your fee for all appointments that are cancelled without 48 hours' notice. This fee goes directly to the cleaning pro who lost a job that day.
Do you guarantee your services?
We are proud of our impeccable service and attention to every detail. If you are not completely satisfied, we will return to your home within a 24-hour period at no extra charge and re-clean any area in question.
